My Story

Hi, I’m Rachel.

I have worked in different types of labs from University's and R&D labs to Production based Quality Assurance and Commercial Manufacturing labs and I recognize, every what NOT to do, is an inevitable outcome with invaluable lessons.  I approach these lessons with the understanding that small inconsistencies now, lead to large problems later, and goals are only as successful as the systems and processes you have in place to ensure their success.  As a result, I've spent countless hours reading, learning, incorporating new ideas, empowering individuals, increasing team productivity by reevaluating workflows and challenging the way we view and handle the small mundane details of our day-to-day routine analysis.
